Twin Protocol Q2 Update: Q1 Delivered, Q2 Accelerating
Building the Ownership Layer for Personal Decentralized AI
In December 2025, we shared our 90-day roadmap with milestones. Today, we’re proud to report that we have made considerable progress.
But we’re not here to just look back. This update covers what we shipped in Q1 2026, what’s live right now, and where we’re headed in Q2. The momentum is real, and we’re just getting started.
Q1 2026: Milestones Delivered
When we published our 90-day roadmap, we committed to structural upgrades across January through March. These weren’t cosmetic updates. They were foundational changes to how the Twin Protocol ecosystem works, how the TWIN token creates value, and how users interact with their Twins. Here’s a report out.
January: Foundation
Twin Vault 2.0 — We released a fully upgraded Twin Vault with improved file management, faster performance, and a more intuitive interface for managing the documents and data that power your Twin. The new Vault makes it easier to organize, upload, and control the information your Twin learns from, giving users more direct influence over the intelligence their Twin develops. This was about more than a better UI. It was about giving people real, tangible control over the data that shapes their AI.

February: Deeper Integration
Vault-Connected Twin Intelligence — One of the biggest Q1 updates was the deeper integration between Twin Protocol and the Vault. After creating your Twin Protocol account and Vault, the two work together so you can select Vault documents to train and enhance your Twin. This makes your Twin smarter, more personalized, and more useful. Your data is not just stored — it actively helps shape an AI that better understands you and works more effectively on your behalf.
March: Automation and Scale
Upgraded Architecture for Future Twin Token Vaulting — We have not yet launched Twin Token vaulting, but we upgraded the architecture to prepare for it. This groundwork is designed to support a smoother, more automated vaulting experience in the future, reducing friction and making participation in the token economy more seamless once live. The goal remains simple: if you are holding TWIN tokens, using them should eventually feel effortless.
Partner Integration via API — Our API connections improved, enabling third-party applications to contribute data to Twins while preserving user data ownership. This is a big deal. It means developers and partners can now build on top of Twin Protocol, feeding information into a user’s Twin from external sources, all while the user maintains full control over what gets added and how it’s used. This opens the door for an entirely new layer of integrations across industries.
April: Continued Building
In April, we turned our attention to the developer experience and the infrastructure that will power everything coming next.
API and SDK Development continued with expanded documentation, improved endpoints, and new capabilities for developers building on Twin Protocol. We focused on making it easier and faster for external teams to integrate with our platform, because the next phase of growth depends on partners being able to build with us, not just alongside us.
We also laid the groundwork for the client pipeline and partner activations coming online in May and June. Behind the scenes, enterprise conversations have been advancing, and the technical foundation we built in Q1 is what made those conversations possible.
Angel Twin: Celebrity Twins in Pipeline
Under the Angel Twin umbrella, we launched a few celebrity AI Twins into private networks, bringing the power of personalized AI to public figures and their audiences. Angel Twin combines advanced neural networks with blockchain technology, enabling creators to build, train, and monetize personalized AI assistants while maintaining transparent provenance and on-chain payments.
Angel Twin demonstrates exactly what we’ve been building toward: a world where anyone can own, control, and monetize their digital identity through AI.
Q2 2026 Roadmap: Utility, Partners, and Scale
We’re entering the most exciting phase of Twin Protocol yet. Q1 was about building the infrastructure. Q2 is about turning that infrastructure into impact.
Client Pipeline to Production — Multiple enterprise clients move from pilot to live deployment, bringing Twin Protocol into real-world business environments. These organizations see the value of personalized AI for their teams, customers, and operations — and they’re going live this quarter.
Enhanced API, SDK & Partner Integrations — Expanded developer tools and documentation for third-party integrations, with partners launching products built on Twin Protocol’s infrastructure. The API investment from earlier quarters starts producing visible results as external developers build meaningful products on the platform.
Expanded Creator Ecosystem — More creators and public figures launching AI Twins through Angel Twin. The creator economy is only getting started, and we’re building the tools to power it.
Advanced Twin Intelligence — Continued improvements to the Unified Twin Brain — deeper document comprehension, more natural interactions, and smarter contextual understanding. Your Twin keeps getting better at being you.
Increased Token Utility — New use cases for the TWIN token across platforms. Every update ships more reasons to hold, use, and engage with the token.
Token Vaulting Progress — In Q1 the foundation was built. Now in Q2 putting the pieces together and testing them. When vaulting goes live, leveraging your TWIN tokens to power your vault will be quick, easy, and something you barely have to think about.
The Vision Remains Clear
We are building the ownership layer for personal decentralized AI. Every feature we ship, every integration we launch, every partnership we activate is in service of that vision: a world where people own their digital identity, monetize their expertise, and participate in a tokenized AI economy that works for them.
